CADIS: the conference of its leaders at Bangkok

The fourth annual conference on ‘Leadership’ organised by the Camillian Disaster Service (CADIS) Foundation is currently being held (5-15 November 2017) at the Camillian Pastoral Care Center of Bangkok, Thailand.

There are thirty participants, including religious and lay people, in particular from Asia and Africa.

Fr. Rocco Pairat, the Provincial Superior of the Camillian Province of Thailand, welcomed those taking part, and Fr. Anusorn Luke Nikhet, a leading figure of the Camillian Pastoral Care Center, described the centre that is hosting the event. During the day, workshops are being held on the management of projects:

  1. The management of the development and presentation of a project, given by Fr. Sam Quarto.
  2. The writing of a proposal for a project, given by Brenda Furruganan.
  3. Intermediate assessment of the CADIS strategic plan.

According to the ‘mood barometer chart’, those taking part appear overall to be engaged and satisfied.

The meeting has been financed by the Italian Bishops’ Conference (CRI) and by SOS DRS and the Camillian Disaster Service USA (CADIS USA).
