On 15 December 1762 Pope Clement XIII extended to the whole world, to those who were obliged to recite the canonical hours, the office and the Mass of St. Camillus which was to be celebrated on 18 July.

This mandate was requested by King James III and by the Superior General of the Order, Fr. Giovanni Gentili.

This document, which is in Latin and is kept in the General Archives of the Order (AGMI 2937/13), is signed by the Prefect of the Congregation of Rites, Cardinal Giuseppe Maria Feroni and by Secretary Scipione Borghese.
