With reference to the document of the General Consulta of 6 November 2013 – the subject of which was the ‘Official Spokesman’ – the General Consulta has specified that Br. Carlo Mangione is indicated as being the immediate and official reference point for everything that concerns the Communications Office and the activities for the fourth centenary.
