The book “A Brief History of the Latin Catholic Church in Georgia” written in Italian by Fr. Ivan Martini, a Camillian, in 2010, who returned to the Father’s house in 2017, is not intended to be a historical work, as the author himself indicates in the preface to the book, but a small, concrete contribution to the knowledge of the Latin Catholic Church in Georgia, offered through the reading of the most salient facts, ecclesiastical and otherwise, that occurred in the country.
